CATS Introduces Hotline
Carroll Area Transit System (CATS) has a hotline for customer questions, ideas, concerns or issues.
The dedicated number for the CATS HOTLINE is 410-857-0886.
Messages left at this number will be brought to the attention of CATS’ Executive Director, Louise Tinkler. She is encouraging customers and agencies that use CATS to utilize this
resource when they have something that requires her attention or would improve the organization.
Customers should still use the main number (410) 876-RIDE or 410-876-7433 for calls to schedule rides, make schedule changes or other regular business.
The CATS Hotline is one of many initiatives that Carroll Area Transit System has implemented to improve and enhance transportation services in Carroll County. Many of the ideas for improving services have come from the Transportation Summits that were held in order to obtain community input.
