Scheduling A Ride on CATS
Carroll Area Transit System is an advanced reservation service. You can schedule your trips up to seven days in advance. To schedule a trip, call (410) 876-7433 Monday through Friday, between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. Make your call by Noon two days in advance and please be ready to provide the following information:
- The day and date of the trip
- Appointment time, if appropriate, or desired pickup time
- The exact street address and phone number of each location you will be picked up and dropped off.
- The approximate time you wish to return
Carroll Area Transit System will schedule regularly recurring trips (work, school, therapy, etc) for you. Call CATS to request a standing order.
To promote shared riding, we may request that you travel earlier than your scheduled appointment time. This policy hels to keep prices down. We appreciate your cooperation.
