Scheduling A Ride on CATS
Carroll Area Transit System’s office hours are 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. Scheduling hours are between 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. You may schedule up to 14 days in advance and up to 24 hours before. Please note, all transportation is on a first come, first serve basis. A two day notification for scheduling is advised and please be ready to provide the following information:
- The day and date of the trip
- Appointment time, if appropriate, or desired pickup time
- The exact street address and phone number of each location you will be picked up and dropped off.
- The approximate time you wish to return
Carroll Area Transit System will schedule regularly recurring trips (work, school, therapy, etc.) for you. Call CATS to request a ride.
To promote ride sharing, we may request that you travel earlier than your scheduled appointment time. This policy helps to keep costs down. We appreciate your cooperation.
Please note: For shopping trips, packages shall be limited to those which can be secured; do not block aisles or exits and do not take up seats needed for other passengers. Passengers should limit their bags to be no more than they can carry.
